Zero-Fee Processing is available in 48 states, only CT, MA and PR prohibit surcharging programs. Additional customer disclosures are required in ME and NY, but are permitted as long as the additional regulations and disclosures are followed. At Zefeero, we’ll take care of all the confusion to make sure that you are adhering to the rules and guidelines of a Cash Discount program. You can feel safe in the knowledge, that Cash Discount programs are legal and permitted as stated in your Merchant Agreement
